February has been a HUGE month for Professional One Real Estate. February 2011 is the month that Professional One was, yet again, recognized nationally as an innovative real estate model.
To summarize the Professional One 2010 Year To Date recap: in July 2010, we were honored to be chosen as a Better Homes & Gardens Beta Brokerage. No small accomplishment that.
Now, Stefan Swanepoel has featured Professional One Real Estate in his 2011 Trends Report as an innovative business model within real estate! Swanepoel has been researching and releasing some form of a real estate trends report for nearly 20 years. He is generally considered the most respected observer of trends in the real estate industry. Stefan is routinely asked to speak at real estate conferences and individual real estate brokerage gatherings. In other words, he knows his stuff and the real estate industry knows he knows his stuff.
To say we are proud of him highlighting Professional One Real Estate is a serious understatement.
And this means…
To real estate consumers in our market, this may seem odd to be highlighting. After all, this acknowledgment is from a real estate industry observer and does not directly impact the sale or purchase of a single home in Plymouth, Michigan.
So what does this mean? Simply:
Our approach to real estate is different than anything offered in our market.
What makes us different?
For starters, we actually have eight standards that agents must “Step Up” to before they can be called Professional One agents. Our agents must do more than simply pass a state licensing exam and fog a mirror.
As important, if not more so, is why we do what we do.
