Memorial Day 2011 is nearly upon us!

For those that are staying close to home this year and are looking for an area parade to commemorate Memorial Day, here is the scoop on this year’s event:

As ever, be sure to say, “Thank you,” to those that have served this country. Not just as we remember Memorial Day, but every day of the year. Those that have served, and their families, have sacrificed a lot for us to do what we do on a daily basis.

And a special thank you to Corporal Nick Queen, who late last year, guest blogged his article, “No Holidays at War.” Not just for the article, but for his service to our country.
