Colony Farms is located West of Downtown Plymouth, Michigan, between Ann Arbor & Joy Roads. Approximately 100 homes were built in this development from 1973 to 1978. Mostly colonials were built in this neighborhood. Home sizes range from 2,300 to 2,700 square feet.
